Club Leadership Position

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of all club operations, ensuring seamless integration of food and beverage services, human resources management, and financial planning.


Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all aspects of club operations including food and beverage, human resources, and finance
* Work closely with the Head Chef and food and beverage team to ensure delivery of exceptional quality food and service
* Manage and lead a diverse team of staff members
* Be the primary ambassador for the club to its valued members


Requirements:

* Proven experience as a General Manager in a golf club or similar establishment
* Strong analytical skills and business acumen, proficient in managing budgets and forecasts
* Excellent leadership and people management skills
* A charismatic individual with a solid, dependable personality
