The Procurement Specialist for Tender Delivery will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of tenders, contracts, and procurement activities through efficient processes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure tenders and contracts are delivered in compliance with EU Procurement Regulations.
* Provide procurement expertise to the Business Owner and ensure appropriate governance.
* Prepare and coordinate strategic tender documentation and oversee the tender process.
* Offer procurement guidance to evaluation teams, organize consensus scoring sessions, and supplier award processes.
* Act as a point of escalation for the Tender Delivery Team on matters including PO processing and relevant systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent procurement skills, with experience in EU Procurement Regulations. They should have strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
