CTI is seeking a highly organised and reliable Administration Officer to support our CCTV & Security teams. This role is central to the smooth day-to-day running of the business and requires strong computer, communication, and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing engineers' daily and weekly work schedules
* Answering the main office phone, taking messages, and directing calls
* Preparing and typing quotations, submittals, and work certificates
* Managing project documentation, including PO numbers and deadlines
* Monitoring project timelines and ensuring paperwork is completed on time
* Managing stock control for engineers
* Ordering materials and products as required
* Maintaining general office records and filing systems
* Checking eTenders for upcoming project opportunities
* Supporting management with general administrative tasks
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
* Strong working knowledge of:
o Microsoft Word
o Microsoft Excel
o Microsoft Outlook
* Excellent computer and IT skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to multitask and prioritise
* Strong organisation and time-management skills
* Good communication and telephone manner
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable (Not Essential)
* Previous experience in an engineering, electrical, or security industry
* Experience with stock control or purchasing
