Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our project management team as a Quantity Surveyor, ensuring the financial and contractual aspects of our projects are managed effectively.
Your key responsibilities will include:
 * Budget Management: Preparing and managing project budgets and cost plans
 * Cost Analysis and Risk Management: Conducting cost analysis and risk management
 * Tender and Contract Documents: Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
 * Contract Negotiation: Evaluating and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
 * Project Monitoring: Monitoring project progress and preparing detailed financial reports
 * Compliance: Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
 * Procurement Strategy: Advising on procurement strategy and contractual matters
 
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
 * A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
 * Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills
 * Construction Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes
 * Task Management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
 * Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
 * Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Relevant Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in quantity surveying or a related field
