Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
This is an employment and training placement for up to 3 years with the CE Childcare scheme. The right candidate will gain practical experience working in Tinahely crèche in Co. Wicklow... while working to gain a QQI level 5 or 6 Childcare qualification. On the job training will be given on all aspects of childcare work, including daily activities, record keeping, teamwork and communication with parents. You need to be hard working, friendly and reliable, with a genuine interest in working with babies and very young children.
