We are currently seeking an exceptional Reliability Engineering Manager to join our operations onsite. This key role will focus on site equipment improvements in reliability and efficiencies, reducing the equipment downtimes, increasing equipment availability and ultimately reducing costs.
About the Role:
* This is a leadership position that requires collaboration with various stakeholders across functions to develop and implement strategic asset reliability plans supporting both corrective and preventative maintenance for your area, ensuring all Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery goals are met.
* You will lead, coach and manage a team of technicians for your plant/site providing optimum equipment reliability to support manufacturing operations; build skills capability across the Plant technical/engineering team engaging with modern practices.
* The ideal candidate should provide coaching towards implementation of Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working: delivering zero breakdowns via preventive/predictive maintenance strategies including PM (Progressive Maintenance), CBM (condition-based monitoring), Visual controls & tools Mgmt., Lubrication mgmt. & Calibration of equipment(s).
