About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and people-focused
Cluster Front of House Manager
to oversee the day-to-day front of house operations across our two Dublin hotels - Beckett Locke & Zanzibar Locke.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment, enjoys being visible on the floor, and knows how to balance great guest experiences with smooth operational delivery. You will work closely with the Hotel General Manager and Deputy to ensure consistent service standards, engaged teams, and efficient front of house operations across both properties.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of Front of House departments across both hotels (Reception, Maintenance & Public areas)
* Lead, support, and develop Front of House teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance
* Ensure a consistently warm, welcoming, and efficient guest experience in line with each hotels casual brand identity
* Manage staffing levels, rosters, and payroll controls in collaboration with hotel management
* Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and proactively
* Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of Front of House team members
* Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
* Daily room inspections
About You
* Previous experience in a Front of House Manager or Assistant Manager role within a hotel environment
* Confident managing and motivating teams across multiple locations
* Strong operational knowledge of hotel front office systems and procedures
* A natural leader with excellent communication and people skills
* Guest-focused, with a calm and professional approach to problem-solving
* Organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on role
* Flexible to work across both hotels as required
