CES offer a broad range of Project services to include Design & Build., Project Management, C&Q Management and Execution, and commissioning & validation,Title: Graduate Project EngineerQualification: Bachelors degree/Level 8 Qualified in Mechanical, Building Services or Related Sciences:Salary Scale: 33-35K per yearStart Date: ASAPLocation: Based in Cork with travel as requiredDuties:· Site surveying of HVAC, Dust Extraction, Mechanical and utility systems (Steam, LPHW/CHW, N2, C02, O2 WFI, DI Water,etc) to include markup/redlining of drawings· Measurement of system flow, pressure, velocity parameters for capacity/performance assessments.· Technical report writing for capacity and performance surveys of HVAC, Mechanical and utility systems.· HVAC load calculations, duct/pipe sizing, fan sizing etc· Generation of ductwork layout drawings, schematics and ISO's· Management of sub-contractors to ensure the works are installed as per design, and to co-ordinate any clashes, unforeseen issues etc.· Management of all health & safety requirements for the project ( RAMS, permitting, LOTO etc)· Daily co-ordination with client engineers on all aspects of the project.· Management of specialist vendors on maintenance and commissioning activities, to include risk assessments, permitting, LOTO etc· Work closely with Controls, Electrical, Process, Operations, EH&S and Quality on small projects.· Pricing of equipment, ductwork/pipework installations.· Procurement and expediting of equipment to include co-ordination of delivery onsite· Compilation of handover documentation, generation of as-built drawings, snagging and close-out of projects· Assist in hands on commissioning, validation and troubleshooting as the project requires.· Ensure compliance in accordance with cGMP and safety rules on new & existing equipment.Key Competencies:· Proactive with a strong ability to work independently or as part of a team· Strong work ethic· Good communication and interpersonal skills· Computer proficient, excel, word, PPT, Autocad as a minimum.· Ability to understand schematics/P&ID's and layout drawings· A "hands on" approach essential· Full clean drivers license with own transportExperience required: 1-2 years in similar roleJob Type: Full-timePay: €33,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:Cork, CO.
