About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and high‑calibre Senior Corporate Finance Manager to join a dynamic and growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply strong corporate finance expertise across a broad range of complex, high‑impact assignments within a commercially driven environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with a member of the Senior Management Team, supporting oversight and advisory activities related to key corporate entities. This position combines analytical rigour, strategic insight, and stakeholder engagement, with exposure to assignments spanning large‑scale financial performance reviews, business planning, major transactions, and sustainability‑related objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Support a Senior Management Team member in providing oversight of several major commercial entities.
Lead reviews of financial performance, business plans, and material transactions, including capital projects, funding, acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures.
Manage multiple complex assignments independently, while collaborating with senior leaders as required.
Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, including senior management teams and external bodies.
Support oversight of climate‑related and sustainability initiatives, engaging with relevant stakeholders.
Prepare and review high‑quality reports providing independent financial and commercial advice.
Provide guidance and mentorship to other finance professionals within the team.
Educational Requirements
Degree in a relevant discipline (finance, business, accounting, economics, commerce).
Membership of a recognised professional accountancy or financial body (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA).
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a relevant financial role within professional services, advisory, or a commercial organisation of scale.
Experience in infrastructure‑related transactions and/or regulated utilities is highly desirable.
