The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Providing high-quality financial advice to prospective and existing clients via phone and email.
The ideal candidate will also identify cross-selling opportunities in areas such as Mortgage, life insurance, pensions, and savings (training provided). Collaboration with internal administrative teams will ensure seamless client experiences.
