This is a full-time, day-time role and offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and supportive environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, controlling debt, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances in line with company policies.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of key customer accountsProactively chase outstanding debts via phone and emailMonitor customer credit limits and overdue balancesResolve customer queries relating to invoices and paymentsMaintain accurate records of communications and account activityWork closely with internal departments to resolve billing issuesSupport month-end and reporting requirements as requiredCandidate RequirementsEssential:Previous experience in a credit control roleStrong communication and negotiation skillsGood organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage workloads and meet deadlinesDesirable:Experience working with accounting systems such as ABS, SUN, CollectExperience managing key or high-volume accountsHow To ApplyIf you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your updated CV for consideration.
