Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the hotel brand's online presence. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and drive traffic to our main social media websites, online industry news publications, Google Adwords, and online subscription messaging platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing. You will work closely with our Director of Sales and Marketing to plan and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns that meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, content, and display advertising;
• Monitor and analyze digital metrics, such as website analytics and social media engagement, to inform campaign strategy and optimize results;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with business goals;
• Manage and maintain our online presence across various review platforms, including TripAdvisor, tourism sites, booking.com, and other booking websites;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our online marketing efforts;

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field;
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a hospitality or tourism setting;
