About the Role:
* Create a motivating and welcoming environment for colleagues and customers.
Main Responsibilities:
1. The Store is responsible for when management are not present.
* Ensure all team members have completed their training and validation in their role.
2. Create a culture of two-way communication, inspiring trust among colleagues.
3. Culture leads to team growth with zero food waste driving improvements through reports. Code also makes sure stock control activities are done right first time ensuring label routines result in correct pricing at all times making data accurate.. For colasges looking forward they must complete end-of day reporting procedures by noon daily as such information is important.
