We are seeking a seasoned Branch Manager to spearhead the success of our Mullingar Office. Reporting to the Regional Director, this key role will oversee all aspects of the Sales Office, driving performance across sales revenue, policy growth, staff engagement, customer service excellence, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage branch operations, promoting a comprehensive insurance offering across Retail and Commercial lines.
* Drive business growth through strategic local market presence and community engagement.
* Maximise resource utilisation across footfall, telephony, and fulfilment activities.
* Champion customer-first convenience through simplification and self-service, while maintaining a personal approach.
* Engage with customers through tailored communication aligned to customer profiles.
* Build trusted relationships through proactive business and community engagement.
* Manage staff performance in line with HR policies, fostering a high-performing team.
* Ensure full compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.
* Analyse local market data to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decisions.
Requirements:
MCC Qualified in Personal and General Insurance. Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within financial services, with proven team management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong understanding of performance management and branch operations.
This position is designated as a Controlled Function under the Fitness & Probity Regime.
