Legal Executive – Energy, Infrastructure & Construction
A leading Irish law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Executive to join its highly regarded Energy, Infrastructure & Construction team in Dublin. This is a newly created, full-time onsite role offering exposure to complex, high-profile transactions across major infrastructure and energy projects. Working closely with senior lawyers and reporting to a respected team lead, you will play a key role in document management, transaction coordination, and client interaction. The position suits a detail-oriented professional eager to specialise and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Immediate interview availability with an April/May start.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage transaction documentation across high-value EIC projects
Collaborate with legal teams to maintain document control and meet critical deadlines
Draft, review, and prepare legal documentation and formal correspondence
Liaise directly with clients, counterparties, and external law firms
Facilitate document execution processes, including signing meetings and e-signature protocols
Key Requirements
2–3 years’ experience as a Legal Executive, ideally within construction or infrastructure
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in document and case management systems, with a proactive mindset
