Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding Private Equity Group that has deployed over 300 million into Irish SMEs market over the past few years, based in Dublin, where you will play a pivotal role as a Group Financial Controller. The Company is interested in investing in well-run companies with sound business models, strong business integrity, and the ability to become the next leader in their industry.
Produce monthly management accounts and consolidated Group reporting packs for the CFO and principal.
Prepare and file annual financial statements across the Group and ensure annual legal compliance across the Group.
Prepare and file Corporation Tax returns for all group entities, including R&D tax claims, and capital allowances.
Manage VAT compliance across the group.
Own and manage the group’s accounting
Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including payment runs, cash positioning, and funding drawdowns.
Support the CFO and external solicitors on financial aspects of commercial transactions, including property acquisitions/disposals, lease negotiations, and energy contract reviews.
Manage and develop the finance team (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll)
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Big 4 trained, ACA Qualified Accountant PQE 10+
