Senior Systems Engineer Role Overview
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to drive the design and validation of complex systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge pharmacy automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical solutions to challenging problems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal system performance.
* Contribute to project completion by developing work plans that reduce concept-to-design timelines.
* Assume ownership of derivation and test of product requirements, as well as high-level design system and subsystem specifications.
* Collaborate closely with other functional groups in a technical contributor role.
* Evaluate high-complexity problems and apply analytical and scientific principles to deliver effective solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in science or engineering and at least 6 years of experience in systems engineering, medical device design, robotic system design, or similar fields. Key skills include systems integration and testing, Failure Modes Effects Analysis, verification and validation, experimental design, data acquisition, graphical analysis, and statistical methods for large complex data sets.
