Restaurant Leadership Opportunity

The role of a Restaurant Manager is to oversee the daily operations of a high-volume restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience.

Main Responsibilities:

* Service Excellence: Maintain high standards for service quality, consistency, and speed in line with our goals.
* Guest Experience: Supervise a warm welcome for all guests, ensuring they feel valued and cared for throughout their visit.
* Restaurant Performance: Optimize table turnover and ensure average spend meets set targets, driving sales growth and revenue increase.
* Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth daily operations on the floor, from greeting guests to serving meals, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
* Team Development: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging open communication and collaboration among team members.
* Quality Control: Maintain high cleanliness standards in the dining area, adhering to strict health and safety protocols and best practices.
* Cost Management: Identify opportunities to optimize labor costs related to front-of-house operations, streamlining processes for maximum efficiency.
* Stock and Inventory: Oversee wine, dishware, and uniform inventory and orders, minimizing waste and excess stock.
* Financial Acumen: Be responsible for accurate transactions and secure financial management, including cash handling and equipment maintenance.
* Sustainability: Implement eco-friendly practices and initiatives to reduce waste and minimize environmental impact.
* Leadership Skills:
o Talent Acquisition: Approve new hires and oversee onboarding of new team members, integrating them seamlessly into the team.
o Training and Development: Lead daily training sessions and share your vision with your team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
o Cross-Functional Collaboration: Encourage strong coordination between kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams, ensuring seamless service delivery and effective communication.
o Partnership with Assistant Manager: Work side by side with your Assistant Manager at least once a week to ensure smooth service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
