Our client, an ambitious and growing independent Financial Services group, is seeking a Transfer Agency Administrator(Graduate Role). Key Responsibilities Accurately process TA trades, payments, and new account setups. Distribute daily reports to clients and Investment Managers within agreed SLA timelines. Respond promptly and accurately to client queries. Complete End-of-Day checklists, ensuring all tasks are signed off and updated as necessary. Support departmental projects, including system updates, static data clean-up, new investor onboarding, and process improvements. Prepare ad hoc reports as required by clients. Participate in annual audit processes. Assist with periodic systems testing and quality checks. Candidate Requirements This is a graduate-level role; full training will be provided. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive approach and willingness to work as part of a team. Any transferable skills or relevant experience will be considered an advantage.
