We're looking for an
HR Leader
to work hand-in-hand with our Plant Manager and leadership team. This is your chance to make a real impact—driving transformation, fostering a dynamic culture, and ensuring our people strategies power business success.
What You'll Do
* Be a
trusted advisor
to the Plant Manager and leadership team, building a performance-driven organization.
* Coach managers on employee relations, including disciplinary processes, absence management, and grievances.
* Own the
Annual Operating Plan
for salaries, training, and benefits—monitoring costs and proposing actions to stay on track.
* Partner with leaders to
forecast workforce needs
, and support workforce flexibility increase through development.
* Drive
Labor & Employment Relations
, leading union negotiations and consultations.
* Champion
employee engagement
, diversity & inclusion, and a positive work environment.
* Oversee compensation processes, performance management, and recognition programs.
* Develop training plans, evaluate effectiveness, and support career development.
* Ensure compliance with HR policies and implement best practices across staffing, payroll, and organizational development.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree
(HR or related field preferred) + Labor Law knowledge.
* 5+ years of HR experience
preferably in a manufacturing and unionized environment.
* Proven ability to
drive HR operations independently

* Strong influencing skills.
* Excellent communication and a
global mindset
to thrive in a multicultural, matrix organization.
* Fluent in English (written & spoken).
* Experience in
Ireland Employee/Labor Relations
is a strong advantage.
