Working directly with customers, you'll combine technical expertise with excellent communication skills to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant solutions.Key Responsibilities:Conduct repairs, maintenance, and servicing of gas appliances and systems in residential settingsDiagnose and resolve faults efficiently, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutionsCarry out safety checks, inspections, and compliance testing in line with industry standardsProvide excellent customer service and clear explanations of repair procedures and safety adviceMaintain detailed service records, including materials used and time spent on each jobCollaborate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasksAdhere to all health and safety requirements and company proceduresKeep up-to-date with the latest regulations, products, and best practices in gas engineeringThe Ideal CandidateWe're looking for a qualified, reliable, and motivated professional who takes pride in their technical ability and customer care.
