Operations Manager
Responsible for overseeing all mechanical and electrical aspects of data centre water treatment project delivery on various projects across Europe.

Essential Competencies and Skills:
* A background in M&E, preferably with experience in delivery
* Strong analytical, engineering, and problem-solving skills
* Leadership abilities to lead site teams and make critical decisions
* Familiarity with reading technical drawings, including GA, P&IDs, and understanding of electrical SLDs
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
* Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
* Experience in the data centre industry is an advantage
