This is a strategic, client-facing role that combines business development, sales, and marketing to maximise yield, strengthen relationships, and elevate the brand's market presence both nationally and internationally.
The successful candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and passionate about hospitality, with the ability to identify new opportunities and nurture long-term partnerships.

Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key corporate, leisure, and event clients.
Strategically target new business opportunities while retaining existing accounts.
Plan and execute sales promotions, away sales trips, and marketing campaigns.
Represent the hotel group within key industry networks and associations.
Build partnerships with local colleges, universities, and businesses to secure event and conference bookings.
Position the hotels as leading venues for weddings and achieve annual targets.
Monitor and respond promptly to guest and client enquiries within set response times.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles, databases, and corporate grids.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for senior management.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure clear communication of client requirements and negotiated rates.
Conduct competitor analysis and monitor local market trends to inform strategy.
Manage and update hotel websites, content, and imagery to support online visibility.
Coordinate PR opportunities, guest events, and local promotional activities.
Attend weekly sales, marketing, and yield meetings, contributing to strategy and performance updates.
Support the broader hotel group with ad hoc projects and initiatives as required.
Key Requirements: Proven experience in business development, sales, or hospitality within a hotel or related industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify new market opportunities and drive measurable results.
Excellent understanding of hotel sales processes, conference and events operations, and yield management.
Highly organised with strong administrative and reporting skills.
Confident in managing websites, databases, and digital communications.
Proactive, flexible, and comfortable attending client events, PR opportunities, and sales trips.
