Duties and Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain regional compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and incentive schemes.
* Lead annual compensation review cycles, including merit increases, promotions, and variable pay processes.
* Provide guidance on compensation and benefits matters to employees and managers, including salary recommendations, benefit options, and leave policies.
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date compensation data is maintained in HRIS and other systems, enabling informed decision-making.
* Prepare and present reports on compensation trends, metrics, and benchmarks to stakeholders.
* Maintain knowledge of industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting compensation and benefits.
