We’re also the creators of Nevo, Ireland’s only dedicated platform helping consumers transition to electric vehicles.Recently acquired by ACV Auctions, Drive Inc. is poised for even greater growth as we expand into new markets and continue to innovate across product, data, and experience.We’re seeking a Group Marketing Lead to own and scale our end-to-end marketing function across multiple products and regions. This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role at the centre of our commercial engine - responsible for product positioning, go-to-market execution, pipeline impact, and brand quality across Ireland, Europe, and the Middle East.Your ResponsibilitiesAs Group Marketing Lead, you’ll have full accountability for marketing strategy and execution across Drive Inc.’s product portfolio - translating product capability into commercial impact while building a premium, industry‑leading brand.Marketing Ownership & Commercial ImpactOwn the end-to‑end marketing function across products and audiences, with accountability for pipeline and commercial outcomesAct as the central marketing partner to Product, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and LeadershipSet and maintain high creative standards across all channels, ensuring a premium, modern brandProduct Marketing & Go-To-MarketDefine clear, differentiated value propositions rooted in real customer needsLead positioning, messaging, and integrated GTM for launches and feature updatesTranslate complex product capabilities into sharp, sales‑ready narrativesAdapt messaging by region while maintaining a consistent brand storyContinuously refine positioning based on customer feedback and market signalsBuild and maintain high-quality sales materials (pitch decks, one‑pagers, case studies, playbooks, talk tracks)Support major messaging shifts with clear internal communication and updated collateralPartner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, pipeline velocity, and close ratesCreate workflows that prioritise high‑intent leads and reduce manual effortFlagship Event Ownership – Nevo Electric Vehicle ShowOwn marketing strategy for Ireland’s largest consumer EV event - from demand generation to post-event pipeline conversionDeliver measurable outcomes across attendance, qualified leads, partner value, and revenue impactLead messaging and creative direction to ensure a premium, industry‑leading experienceGrowth, Automation & PerformanceOwn CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot), including lifecycle, onboarding, and retentionBuild behaviour‑triggered workflows to support lean sales teamsManage multi‑channel acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, and XTrack performance and optimise continuously to improve CPA, traffic growth, and pipeline accelerationContent, Creative & ExecutionStay hands‑on across messaging, copywriting, and content developmentCollaborate closely with design to maintain brand consistencyProduce high-quality social content and digital assets with strong creative judgementThrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environmentPrioritise ruthlessly around highest‑impact initiativesPivot quickly as commercial priorities changeBring high ownership, strong agency, and deep cross‑functional collaborationOptional (but valuable):Experience managing marketing executives and working closely with designComfortable setting direction, prioritising work, and maintaining high performance standardsWhat You Need to Be SuccessfulWe’re looking for a senior marketer who blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution - someone equally comfortable shaping narrative, building systems, and driving measurable commercial results.You’ll excel if you have:5+ years’ experience across product marketing, growth, or B2B marketing (ideally in SaaS, marketplaces, or tech‑enabled businesses)Proven ownership of go-to-market strategy and executionStrong commercial mindset with experience influencing pipeline and revenueDeep comfort with CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred)Experience working closely with Sales and Product in high‑growth environmentsStrong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisionsExcellent communication and storytelling abilityHigh standards for creative quality and brand consistencyA proactive, results‑driven mindset - comfortable operating with autonomy and accountabilityWhat’s in it for You?Here’s what you can expect as part of our team:Join an ambitious tech company reshaping how vehicles are bought and soldPlay a pivotal role in building a multi-product, multi-region growth engineBe part of a NYSE‑listed company through our acquisition by ACV AuctionsOpportunity to shape brand, product narrative, and commercial strategy at European scaleA generous stock option plan in a publicly traded companySemi-flexible hybrid model, with 3 days per week in our central Dublin officeDrive Inc.
