Reporting to the EMEA Production Control and Order Entry Manager, the Production Scheduler will develop, maintain, and control production and shipment schedules in accordance with business objectives and inventory strategy.
Acting as the key link between sales, customer service, procurement, production, and export teams, the scheduler ensures customer requirements are met efficiently, driving high standards in on-time delivery.
Strong knowledge of supply chains, production processes, and fulfilment operations is essential to coordinate all customer-driven order activities across the region.

As our Production Control Scheduler, you’ll support HID’s success by:
* Ownership of all scheduling activities within the Business Area order book.
* Leading periodic sales and customer service meetings to prioritize inventory and production capacity and align with customer requirements.
* Creating and managing production plans.
* Creating and managing all outbound shipping plans.
* Handling all product allocation and scheduling.
* Providing product and order lead times to internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintaining close ties to procurement and supply chain teams to stay updated on inbound supply plans.
* Communicating and executing production and shipping plans with production and fulfilment centres.
* Playing a key role in revenue forecasting and ensuring ship plans are understood by regional stakeholders.
* Establishing, reviewing, documenting, and updating processes as needed.
* Lending support to PCM for daily backlog review meetings.
* Participating in the BL Meeting and executing real-time actions.
* Managing inquiries, inventory checks, and system updates related to order scheduling.
* Rescheduling orders and managing holds as directed by the BL management team.
* Logging and researching root causes of order failures and overdue orders.
* Adjusting ATP rules, lead times, and Oracle EBS settings for order scheduling accuracy.
* Following up on aging orders for prompt resolution.
* Collaborating with production and shipping teams on order escalation and prioritization.
* Reporting on BL and revenue plan vs actuals.
* Processing item attribute change requests to maintain system accuracy.
Your Experience and Background include:
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
* Experience with Oracle ERP preferred.
* Familiarity with Agile PLM preferred.
* University/College degree preferred.
* Quick learner with attention to detail.
* Analytical with multi-tasking ability in stressful environments.
* Desire for Continuous Improvement.
* Ability to work independently without constant oversight.
* Willingness to communicate and collaborate across functions professionally.
