Product Assurance Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Product Assurance Engineer to ensure our products meet stringent customer, regulatory, and industry requirements throughout their entire lifecycle. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining product assurance activities for electronic equipment.
This individual will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements from design through delivery. Key responsibilities include:
Define and implement product assurance plans in line with space industry standards (e.g., ECSS or ISO).Support design reviews ensuring quality reliability safety dependability systems are addressed.
enforce PA reviews at key project milestones by convening chair taking minutes following up on actions.Conduct overviews of Manufacturing Processes satisfying Compliance-approved procedures Workmanship Standards.Manage Non-Conformances via Root Cause Analysis Corrective Preventative Actions.Review Approve documentation such as Procedures Inspection Plans Test Reports Certificates Conformity.Support supplier Quality-assurance Audits Assessments Supplier Performance Monitoring.Participate internal external audits Perform Hardware Inspections complete Quality Inspection Reports.Ensure Configuration Control traceability materials components processes.Liaise Customers External stakeholders Product Assurance matters.
