They specialise in providing technical solutions to a wide range of manufacturing businesses across the UK and Ireland, serving sectors such as medical device, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, and general industrial manufacturing.Role OverviewThey are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, develop, and expand their sales function within a technical, fast-growing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Manager will be responsible for:Leading and developing a high-performing sales team focused on selling technical solutions.Designing and delivering sales strategies to expand market presence across industrial and manufacturing sectors.Building strong relationships with engineering, operations, procurement, and senior leadership stakeholders.Working with in-house engineers to turn customer concepts into fully delivered solutions.Managing the tendering and quotation process from initial enquiry through to negotiation and contract completion.Overseeing forecasting, pipeline management, and sales budgeting.Representing the organisation at customer meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions.Coaching and mentoring the sales team to meet and exceed commercial targets.About the CompanyThey are a respected specialist in engineering solutions.
