About the Role
The People Operations Director will be involved in various strategic activities including employee relations, HR operations, payroll, compensation, HR data, policy compliance and governance, organisational design and workforce planning, stakeholder engagement and strategic HR, screening and fitness to work.
Key responsibilities include providing commercially focused advice and support to managers, improving and maintaining HR process excellence, overseeing payroll processes, maintaining and reporting on HR metrics and dashboards, and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3-5 years equivalent experience in similar sized organisations
* Minimum Level 8 HR Qualification or equivalent
* CIPD qualification preferred
