What you'll do:
1. Manage office administration for advisory clients
2. Oversee client onboarding and documentation
3. Process applications while ensuring compliance standards are met
4. Support clients with income distribution queries
5. Coordinate compliance activities and reviews
6. Ensure client files are complete and prepared for advisor meetings
7. Assist with payroll tasks and adapt to evolving responsibilities
**What you bring:**
8. QFA qualification (mandatory) and familiarity with Voyant software
9. Proven experience in financial services or wealth management
10. Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
12. High attention to detail when handling confidential documents
13. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
14. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow through training
