Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Catering Operations Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and world-class customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all catering operations in Northern Ireland, contracted to 40 hours per week.
Key responsibilities include preparing delicious food to the highest standards, supervising culinary and catering teams, and communicating regularly with line managers to monitor KPIs and targets.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of catering experience, with experience managing teams in a similar role.
They will also hold relevant qualifications, such as an NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2 qualification, as well as a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
