What We’re Looking For
* 3–5 years' experience within aircraft leasing, investment banking, credit risk, or a related financial sector.
* Strong financial acumen, with solid technical knowledge of aircraft leasing structures, airline credit risk, and market dynamics.
* A relevant qualification such as an MSc in Finance or Aviation Finance, CFA, ACCA, or Actuarial Science would be highly advantageous.
* Proven ability to assess complex airline financials, identify market and sector risks, and deliver actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — crucial for influencing internal and external decision-makers.
