Grade III Clerical Officer Job Dublin
Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting a number of Grade III Clerical Officers for full-time temporary medical posts across South Dublin. These Clerical Officers will be responsible for administrative and reception duties within their assigned departments, supporting the delivery of best practices for service users.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Providing administrative and secretarial support functions.
2. Organising and co-ordinating daily activities within the department.
3. Carrying out general office duties, including typing, copying, and photocopying files as requested.
4. Ordering, monitoring, and supplying stationery as needed.
5. Making and receiving phone enquiries as directed.
6. Organising the delivery and collection of post.
7. Liaising with staff in other departments, the public, and outside agencies in a confidential, courteous, and professional manner.
8. Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Main Requirements:
1. Ability to plan and deliver duties effectively and resourcefully.
2. Capability to multi-task and manage changing priorities without losing focus.
3. Maintaining structured systems.
4. Ability to manage and develop oneself and others in a busy environment.
5. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
