We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Project Manager to lead the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing various HR projects, including benefits programme establishment, technology support, and compliance with local regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive project plans with defined roles and responsibilities
\
2. Manage vendor relationships and oversee the entire vendor management lifecycle
\
3. Design presentations and documentation that translate complex data analysis into actionable solutions
\
4. Liaise with stakeholders across HR Business Partners, Global Reward teams, IT, Finance, and business leaders
\
5. Drive process automation initiatives and continuous improvement in third-party engagements
\
6. Support cross-functional initiatives within the Europe HR team
\
7. Ensure compensation and benefits programmes are compliant with local laws while aligning with global standards
\
8. Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders
\
9. Champion best practices in project management

Required Skills and Qualifications
\
The ideal candidate will possess:

10. Demonstrated experience in Compensation and Benefits within multinational or European contexts
\
11. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
\
12. Proven track record of managing complex HR projects within global matrix organisations
\
13. Exceptional stakeholder management abilities and excellent communication skills
\
14. Hands-on experience with leading HR systems such as Workday or Payfactors
\
15. Ability to navigate ambiguity and remain adaptable amidst change
\
16. Strong analytical skills enabling data interpretation and solution development
\
17. Experience overseeing vendor management lifecycles

Oversee the entire vendor management lifecycle including selection, onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, contract negotiation, execution, and ongoing relationship management.

Drive continuous improvement in third-party engagements by ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with organisational objectives.
\
Contribute actively to broader regional HR projects by supporting cross-functional initiatives within the Europe HR team.
\
Ensure all compensation and benefits programmes are compliant with local laws while aligning with global standards.
\
Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders by preparing clear updates on project progress, outcomes, and next steps.
\
Champion best practices in project management within a global matrix structure to ensure successful delivery of complex HR initiatives.

About this role

This is a mid-management level position based in Dublin City Centre. The salary is negotiable.
