Summary
We are seeking a Junior Sous / Sous Chef to join our team at @Sole Bar & Restaurant.
We are located within Kilcock Golf Club established in October ****.
The ideal candidate will have a strong drive for learning and willingness to go the extra mile for the team.
They will be responsible for overseeing a specific section or acting as a number two of the head chef, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met
Assist with menu development
Contribute to the overall success of the kitchen team
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie/ Junior Chef/ Sous Chef
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques preferred but on the job training available
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Food safety certification preferred
