Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the upkeep of residential and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with a minimum 2 years' experience in facilities or maintenance coordination.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate planned preventative maintenance across multiple sites
- Manage maintenance requests from tenants and internal teams
- Liaise with contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain accurate records using property management software such as Building Link, MRI Qube, or Yardi
