Front Desk Hybrid Team Member Job Description
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Hybrid Team Member to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Client Experience:
o Ensure every client receives a best-in-class welcome to the studio, including a personalized greeting, and a goodbye when leaving.
o Deliver exceptional service during a class sign-in, work quickly and efficiently while upholding our service standards.
* Fuel Bar Responsibilities:
o Deliver quality protein shakes and customer service in the Fuel Bar.
o Handle pre-orders and post-orders with a can-do attitude.
* Facility Maintenance:
o Prepare studio spaces before, after, and in-between classes by cleaning exercise equipment, sweeping, mopping, and/or vacuuming floors, and wiping mirrors.
o Maintain health and safety standards by inspecting and cleaning our shower areas.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Ability to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Strong customer service skills with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
* Exceptional cleaning skills and a clear understanding of what constitutes a sanitary environment.
