Key Responsibilities

Requirements
• A minimum of 1 year's experience in an administrative or front-of-house position, preferably within a legal or professional services environment
• A polished and friendly telephone manner, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Able to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
