About the Role:
This position involves overseeing day-to-day service operations, managing a team of service staff, and coordinating subcontractor services to meet workshop demands.
* Manage a team of service staff to maintain high-quality work standards, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a service management or similar role, ideally within the commercial vehicle or automotive sector, with a strong track record of achievement.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
