The Role:
* Motor Claims Handlers are sought to manage a varied caseload from first notification through to final settlement, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of motor claims from cradle to grave.
* Make early and proactive decisions on liability, indemnity, and settlement strategy.
* Tailor case handling to meet specific client expectations and service levels.
* Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
* Work closely with team members to ensure a cohesive working environment.
* Evaluate compliance with relevant legal/regulatory obligations.
Requirements:
* APA or CIP qualified.
* 2-5 years' experience in handling motor claims.
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of the changing insurance landscape.
