About the Role:
* As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing maintenance issues, and working collaboratively with the Maintenance Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
* You will be proactive in identifying and resolving maintenance issues, and work efficiently to minimize downtime and disruption to guests.
* You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in your workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations, and following all relevant policies and procedures.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements as needed.
2. Address maintenance issues promptly and effectively, minimizing disruption to guests.
