Our client is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Operative / Driver Helper to join their busy delivery depot.
This is a part-time position starting immediately and offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a fast-paced logistics operation.
Hours of Work: Part-Time: 7:00am – 12:00pm Any 5 out of 7 days Main Area of Work: Warehouse Operative Backup Responsibility - Driver / Helper (when required) Key Responsibilities: Assisting drivers with deliveries (when required), including safe loading and unloading of vehicles Supporting navigation and route planning during deliveries Liaising with customers in a polite, professional and friendly manner Reporting any issues and completing delivery logs accurately Carrying out general warehouse duties including picking, packing and stock handling Working effectively as part of a team and also using own initiative Completing ad hoc tasks as assigned Key Requirements: Previous experience in warehousing, distribution or transport is an advantage Strong customer service and communication skills Flexibility to support delivery routes when required Manual Handling certification is an advantage (training can be provided) Pay
