Realtime Recruitment are seeking an experienced IT Manager for a permanent position based in Dublin City Centre.
As the IT Manager within this organisation, your role will involve proactively enhancing business processes, serving as the primary contact for 3rd party vendors, and providing key support to ensure a best‑in‑class service.
You’ll embody a "can do" attitude and excel in stakeholder management. A solution‑oriented mindset, understanding of end‑users, and the ability to adapt workloads without compromising service quality are essential. You will be the key support professional for the team, leading a best‑in‑class service.
Responsibilities
Proactively enhance business processes.
Act as primary contact for 3rd party vendors.
Provide key support to ensure best‑in‑class service.
Maintain stakeholder management and solution delivery.
Requirements
5+ years hands‑on experience with IT operations, security, infrastructure and service delivery management.
Experience with Kesaya tools or a managed services background.
Experience with Business Central, Azure, Active Directory, Office 365 Suite, and Power BI.
Skilled in improving business processes through implementation, development and adaptation of existing and new applications.
Experience managing 3rd party vendors across the IT spectrum.
ITIL certification and experience highly desirable.
