As an Digital Marketing Executive, you will own client relationships, oversee marketing strategies, and guide our team in executing high-performance campaigns.
You won't be directly managing day-to-day campaigns; instead, you'll focus on creating and delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies that meet our clients' business goals.
You will:
Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Identify growth opportunities and upsell relevant services.
Oversee the execution of strategies across digital channels like paid search, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met through strong project management and client communication.
Use data-driven insights to report on campaign effectiveness and demonstrate ROI.
The Ideal Candidate: Must-Haves
Agency Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in managing client relationships and delivering integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels.
Digital Channel Expertise:
Proven expertise in at least one of the following—paid search, SEO, social media, CRM (email marketing)—and a strong understanding of how other channels work.
Excellent Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to manage both internal teams and client stakeholders effectively.
Strategic Mindset:
Ability to develop and translate complex data into actionable strategies and insights for clients.
Project Management Skills:
Exceptional time management and organisational skills, allowing you to manage multiple clients and campaigns.
Growth-Oriented:
Proven ability to identify opportunities for growth and implement solutions that drive business results.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in sectors such as Retail, SaaS, Finance, or Travel.
Competence in managing campaigns across a second marketing channel.
Fluency in an additional language.
