The company employs 50,000 people worldwide and continues to grow.Responsibilities:Support engineers in fully integrating Maintenance Excellence Program (MEP) into the company culture.Implement programs and procedures to ensure compliant equipment maintenance.Monitor the operation of equipment and systems.Track, analyze, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance, such as asset utilization, costs, compliance, and scheduling.Apply methods and processes to prevent or reduce system failures.Determine the use of predictive maintenance technologies.Conduct root cause failure analysis, Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and optimize preventive maintenance.Train employees on reliability processes and educate supervision on the impact of operators and technicians on reliability.Review work orders, assist planners, promote preventive maintenance, and support technicians through continuous education.Analyze failure history to identify reliability characteristics and develop long-term solutions for recurring issues.Review maintenance and installation plans for new equipment and provide reliability and maintainability specifications for procurement and support plans.Desirable Experience:Proven problem-solving skills under pressure, with the ability to evaluate multiple solutions.Innovative thinking to propose and implement new solutions.High attention to detail and concentration to ensure accuracy and compliance.Results-driven attitude to meet targets and standards.Strong commitment to quality and high work standards.Demonstrates integrity and a strong work ethic.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Understanding and support of the principles of Perfect Performance.If interested, please apply now!
