Job Title
The Sales Coordinator will provide key support to dealer networks and external customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating ordering systems, verifying accurate order builds, preparing product guides & specifications for all new models, updating & maintaining an intranet system with product and distribution information, conducting vehicle delivery inspections, processing distribution requests and stock checks, performing competitive analysis and updating DMS systems, generating sales performance reports across models, channels and user groups, producing accurate wholesale reports, invoices and assisting with sales projects.
The Sales Coordinator must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be analytical with a keen eye for detail, demonstrate strong organisational skills. They must be driven by standards and process-oriented, exhibit excellent IT skills including advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge, and work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
A valid driving licence is essential, prior experience within the motor industry is desirable but not mandatory.
