One of our companies is currently looking for a Customer Success Engineer - EMEA in Ireland.
In this role, you will work closely with customers to help them understand and harness the value of workflow automation. You will be pivotal in driving customer success as they onboard, expand, and refine their use of the platform. Collaborating with various internal teams, you will support customer growth, deliver technical solutions, and advocate for customer needs across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to shape customer experiences and contribute to the success of a rapidly growing tech company.
Accountabilities:
* Design and develop automation stories in the platform, integrating tools via APIs to enhance customer workflows.
* Work directly with customers during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and setting them up for long-term success.
* Partner with Customer Success Managers to track account health and build success plans that align with customer goals.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing) to ensure the roadmap aligns with customer needs and technical challenges.
* Address issues with documentation and other resources to ensure customers can independently maximize their use of the platform.
* Assist in professional services engagements, accelerating the adoption of the platform by providing tailored technical solutions to customers.
Requirements:
* 2-5 years of experience supporting customers from a technical perspective, particularly in onboarding and implementation of software tools.
* Strong experience with reading API documentation and using APIs to connect various tools and platforms.
* Previous experience in scoping and delivering professional services or similar engagements.
* Passionate about helping customers automate manual workflows and a keen interest in becoming an expert in automation software.
* Experience in enterprise security tools is a bonus, though not required.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and willingness to contribute across multiple teams and projects.
* Strong curiosity to learn and expand technical expertise, both from a customer perspective and within the platform.
