We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a new-build residential project in Sligo. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring high-quality construction, maintaining safety standards, and driving the project to successful completion on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site construction activities for the duration of the project Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies Monitor project progress, quality, and workmanship Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation Liaise with project managers, design teams, and local authorities Lead site meetings and resolve issues proactively Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are planned and managed efficiently Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential or mixed-use projects Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction standards Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules Strong focus on safety, quality, and delivery IT-literate with experience using site management software (desirable) Relevant construction qualification (e.g., Construction Management, Engineering, Trade background) What We Offer Competitive salary or contract rate Opportunity to lead a high-profile residential project Supportive project team and strong company culture Potential for future projects upon successful completion
