Job Title : Administrator – Probate
Reporting to : Immediate Solicitor/Partner
Location: Limerick, on-site, full time
Role Purpose
To provide administrative support for a busy probate department, ensuring the smooth running of client matters, efficient file management and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
* Open, maintain and close files.
* AML compliance.
* Diary management, scheduling meetings and monitoring deadlines.
* Photocopying, scanning, filing and archiving of documents.
* Assist in preparing and maintaining estate accounts, ledgers and financial statements.
* Process payments, lodgements and invoices as directed.
* Maintain up to date case management systems and databases.
* Act as first point of contact for client queries.
* Prepare standard letters.

* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Professional manner when dealing with clients.
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous experience in a legal, financial or professional services office desirable (probate/private client experience a distinct advantage but not necessary).
* Strong administrative background required.
