* Interpret parts accurately to ensure the correct parts are sourced, quoted, and delivered to meet customer needs.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, warehouse, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Enhance the customer journey by providing regular updates and ensuring customers understand the value of our products over competitors.
* Identify opportunities by analysing technical data to upsell and cross-sell complementary parts and services.
* Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing your technical expertise to build team capability.
